We're Hiring: Collections Quality Assurance Team Lead

Location: First Avenue, Petaling Jaya, Selangor

Employment Type: 12-Month Contract

Working Arrangement: On-site, Monday to Friday

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Salary: Up to RM6,900 per month

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate the quality of collection agents' performance across different country teams.
• Oversee collection agents' work and handle operational inquiries or issues related to their activities.
• Review and manage customer communication templates across SMS, WhatsApp, email and push notifications.
• Ensure payment reminder messages, Promise to Pay (PTP), Early Collection Activities (ECA) and Letter of Demand (LOD) communications are accurate and appropriate.
• Convert approved communication content into system-ready formats for LOXON and Hedwig.
• Coordinate template feasibility checks, testing and implementation with Legal & Compliance, system teams and regional country teams.
• Ensure communication templates are consistent and aligned with operational and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in debt collection or collections operations.
• Good understanding of the collections business ecosystem, including customer handling and collection processes.
• Good Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication skills, with the confidence to express opinions, provide feedback and coordinate with different stakeholders.
• Experience in collections quality monitoring, team supervision or operational coordination will be an advantage.
