Requirements
- Able to communicate effectively in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin and English
- Ability to speak local dialects is an added advantage
- No experience required as training will be provided
- No diploma required as long as you are willing to learn
Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers in Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin and English
- Work independently with a strong sense of responsibility
- Demonstrate good communication and negotiation skills
- Maintain a friendly and positive attitude when serving customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Handle customer enquiries and follow up with customers
- Ensure the store is clean and tidy and well maintained
- Perform daily stock checks and inventory monitoring
- Carry out any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Area Manager
