Full Time IT SUPPORT (PG2) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in SMT Technologies Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain daily IT/OT network, server and system operations.
• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, scanners, RF terminals and related software.
• Provide first-level and second-level technical support to end users.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues.
• Perform hardware replacement, upgrades, software installation and system updates.
• Carry out PC imaging, data backup and system recovery when required.
• Maintain IT/OT equipment, asset records and technical documentation.
• Ensure IT procedures, SOPs and security guidelines are properly followed.
• Provide technical support for production systems such as MES and WMS.
• Assist in troubleshooting production system and equipment-related IT issues.
• Support IT-related projects, system implementation and other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Certificate or Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking and troubleshooting.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with users from different departments.
• Willing to work on shift and in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Fresh graduates with a strong technical background are encouraged to apply.
