Full Time Building Maintenance Assistant - Technician Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Goodnite Living Selangor - Maukerja

Education: Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field. Experience: 1-3 years Nationality: Malaysians Only Own transport: Motorcycle

• Handle the daily operation and maintenance of office buildings, hostels, car parks and common facilities.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance for electrical, plumbing, CCTV, firefighting systems, air-conditioning, lifts and other building services.
• Conduct routine inspections to identify defects, unsafe conditions and maintenance requirements.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and facility-related issues.
• Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests.
• Plan and coordinate daily maintenance works with minimal disruption to office operations.
• Monitor contractor performance, work quality, site safety and completion schedules.
• Coordinate office upgrading, renovation and new office setup projects.
• Follow all safety procedures (SOP) and requirements when carrying out maintenance and repair work.
• Experience in safety matters related to Bomba requirements and fire alarm systems would be an added advantage.
• Carry our other duties assigned by the management from time to time.

Requirements
• Minimum Certificate / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field.
• Experience in a manufacturing, factory, warehouse or industrial environment is an added advantage.
• Able to perform electrical wiring and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Discipline, and independent person.
• Valid driving license.
