Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is advantageous.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic understanding of financial concepts and customer service principles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.

Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.

Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Assist clients in understanding mortgage options and application processes.

Gather and verify client financial information for loan applications.

Support senior consultants with client communication and follow-ups.

Conduct market research on mortgage products and competitor offerings.

Prepare and organize loan documentation for submission.

Learn and apply company policies and procedures related to mortgage lending.

Provide administrative support to the mortgage consultancy team.
