Must possess at least Degree in Sales & Marketing & Logistic or similar.

Proven experience in sales, preferably in heavy machinery, construction, or related industries.

Heavy machinery & spare parts knowledge is an advantage.

Willingness to travel extensively within Malaysia.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Strong public speaking and presentation skills are required.

Promote and sell automotive batteries to wholesalers, dealers, workshops, retailers, and end-users to achieve sales targets and expand market share.

Identify and develop new business opportunities by actively sourcing for new customers and markets.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to ensure continuous business and customer satisfaction.

Provide product knowledge, technical advice, and recommend suitable battery solutions based on customer needs and vehicle requirements.

Conduct regular visits to customers, workshops, and dealers to strengthen business relationships and understand market demand.

Handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, follow up on sales leads, and close transactions efficiently.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with warehouse or suppliers to ensure timely availability and delivery of products.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

Handle customer feedback, complaints, and warranty claims in a professional and timely manner.

Track and achieve monthly and annual sales targets, and prepare regular sales reports for management review.

Monitor market trends, competitor products, pricing strategies, and industry developments to stay competitive.

Implement sales strategies, promotions, and marketing activities to increase product visibility and sales performance.

Ensure proper documentation of sales activities, customer records, and transactions.

Maintain good product display and branding at customer locations where applicable.

Support management in business development initiatives and perform any other duties as assigned.
