Description

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage wafer inventory within the Wafer Bank and Die Bank, including wafer control and tracking.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely material replenishment to support production requirements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely issuance of materials (wafer, die, and related components) to production in accordance with work orders.
  • Monitor and manage scrap material collection and disposal on a weekly basis, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with company procedures.
  • Perform daily cycle count activities to maintain high inventory accuracy for both wafer bank and die bank.
  • Maintain proper material traceability, including lot, wafer ID, and die tracking where applicable.
  • Ensure materials are handled, stored, and issued following FIFO and control requirements.
  • Work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
  • Support ad-hoc tasks and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned by the superior.

Qualification

REQUIRED:

  • Diploma holder/ Diploma fresh graduate are welcome.
  • 1+ years of Inventory and SAP / Oracle experience in manufacturing industry.

Preffered

  • Experience in Warehouse and Kitting would be an advantage.
  • Minimum leadership skill and able to work with others would be added advantage.
