Associate degree or higher.

Proficiency in English (or the local official language) in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

Proficiency in Mandarin in listening, speaking, reading, and writing.

At least 1 year of experience in PC server maintenance.

Knowledge of PC server configuration and architecture.

Knowledge of IDC infrastructure and general data center operations.

Understanding of basic data center audit principles.

Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols, network switching, and routing protocols.

Familiarity with specifications of line cards, modules, power supplies, and cables for mainstream network equipment such as routers and switches.

At least 1 year of experience in network equipment operations and maintenance.

Possession of at least one entry-level network certification from a mainstream vendor, such as Cisco, H3C, or Huawei.

Assemble and disassemble PC servers and perform PC server maintenance.

Configure and troubleshoot Linux systems.

Perform preliminary diagnostics and basic repairs on PC servers.

Support and maintain IDC infrastructure, including HVAC and power distribution systems.

Perform general Internet Data Center (IDC) operations.

Conduct basic data center audits and ensure operational compliance.

Perform network operations involving TCP/IP protocols, network switching, and routing.

Install and remove line cards, modules, and power supplies for mainstream network equipment.

Perform OS installation and configuration loading for network equipment.

Conduct basic diagnostics and troubleshooting for network equipment, including Cisco, H3C, and Huawei equipment.
