Full Time Communications Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in China Communications Construction Company (M) (Project Site Operations) Selangor - Maukerja

1) Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 2) Minimum 2–5 years of experience in utility coordination, infrastructure or construction projects. 3) Experience dealing with utility agencies/owners such as TNB, Air Selangor, Telekom Malaysia, JKR, local authorities, etc. will be an advantage. 4) Able to read and understand construction drawings, utility plans and site layouts. 5) Strong communication, coordination and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and follow up on issues independently. 6) Fresh graduates are welcome

1) Coordinate with utility owners, authorities, consultants and contractors on utility relocation and diversion works. 2) Identify and monitor existing utility conflicts within the construction work areas and coordinate necessary relocation works. 3) Monitor utility relocation progress, schedules and site activities to ensure works are completed in line with the project programme. 4) Attend site inspections and coordination meetings, and follow up on outstanding utility-related issues affecting construction. 5) Prepare and maintain utility relocation records, reports, drawings, correspondence and progress updates.
