Full Time Outgoing QC Personnel Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in General Microsystems Selangor - Maukerja

Perform quality checks on outgoing products to ensure they meet established standards and specifications before shipment.

Conduct thorough inspections of finished goods, identifying any defects, damages, or non-conformities.

Accurately document all inspection results, including findings, measurements, and any deviations from quality standards.

Collaborate with production and logistics teams to resolve quality issues promptly and prevent shipment of substandard products.

Maintain organized records of quality control activities, including inspection reports and corrective action logs.

Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding quality control findings and recommendations.

Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail in all inspection and documentation tasks.

Utilize problem-solving skills to address and resolve quality concerns identified during the outgoing inspection process.

Ensure compliance with all company quality policies and procedures.

Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia for clear communication and documentation.

To perform testing and inspection for in-process and outgoing parts.

To set up and configure settings accordingly for the system hardware and software based on Job Order.

Identify and resolve product malfunctions and report to the supervisor.

Update product serial number into the company’s system database.

Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.

Check and verify products are damage free before delivery to the Packing Department.

Document test and set up system actions by completing forms, reports, logs and records.

Keep personal equipment operating by following operating instructions.

Maintain a safe and clean working environment.

May advise management regarding product performance and suggestions for product improvements.

Take instructions from the supervisor.
