Minimum Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, or related field.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Quality Assurance (QA) or Quality Control (QC).

• Experience in sheet metal fabrication or the manufacturing industry.

• Familiar with quality control procedures, quality management systems (QMS), and industry standards.

• Strong knowledge of sheet metal fabrication processes, inspection methods, and quality standards.

• Able to manage and supervise the QA/QC team effectively.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle quality-related issues.

• Good leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Able to work independently and coordinate with production and engineering teams.

Working day & hour

• Working Hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM

• Working Days: Monday – Friday (5 Days)

• Lead and manage the QA/QC team to ensure all products meet company quality standards and customer requirements.

• Monitor and implement quality assurance and quality control procedures throughout the manufacturing process.

• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with quality standards for sheet metal fabrication products.

• Identify, investigate, and resolve quality issues, defects, and customer complaints.

• Develop and improve quality management systems, inspection procedures, and quality documentation.

• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Prepare quality reports, inspection records, and documentation for management review.

• Provide training and guidance to QA/QC team members to improve quality performance.
