Full Time OPERATION EXECUTIVE-PLANNER HAULAGE Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Asasrama Selangor - Maukerja

Main Responsibilities:

• Able to handle export and import shipments.
• Work closely with truckers/drivers to optimize cost.
• Able to work closely with port personal (Northport and Westport) to solve daily issues for haulage.
• Work closely with operation team to ensure on-time shipment documentation.
• Work closely with internal and external parties (forwarding agent) to ensure on-time custom clearance and delivery.
• Manage dispute, continuous driving quality performance of vendors, suppliers and subcontractors
• Planning for supply and demand the right assumption to minimize logistics cost.
• Manage backlog, analyze and resolve transactional issues that may prevent on time shipments to avoid additional charges.
• Handle ad-hoc task as required by Superior time to time.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U in any field.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia and English to liaise with associates
• Typically 1 to 2 years of experience in truck transportation, container haulage, or logistics operations
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously and independently.
• Self-motivated and good interpersonal skills

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
