Full Time JIT Supervisor-Turnaround Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in CR3 Johor - Maukerja

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced JIT Supervisor to support our Turnaround Project. The successful candidate will supervise JIT activities and ensure that materials, equipment, and resources are properly coordinated, staged, and made available to support the project execution schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily JIT activities throughout the turnaround project.
• Ensure required materials and equipment are available and delivered to the designated work areas according to the project schedule.
• Coordinate closely with Planning, Logistics, Warehouse, Procurement, Operations, Maintenance, and Site teams.
• Supervise JIT Coordinators and other assigned personnel.
• Monitor material status, movement, staging, and delivery to site.
• Identify potential material shortages, delivery delays, or logistical issues and escalate them promptly.
• Ensure materials are correctly identified, organized, and delivered to the appropriate work locations.
• Maintain and review JIT trackers and daily status updates.
• Coordinate priorities based on the turnaround work schedule and site requirements.
• Support material reconciliation, return, and project close-out activities.
• Participate in daily coordination and project meetings as required.
• Ensure all activities are carried out in accordance with company and site HSE requirements.

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Engineering, Mechanical, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in JIT, material coordination, warehouse, logistics, or project/site operations.
• Previous experience in Turnaround, Shutdown, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Maintenance, or Construction projects is strongly preferred.
• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience would be an advantage.
• Good understanding of material tracking, staging, movement, and site logistics.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Strong coordination, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and time-critical turnaround environment.
• Willing to work according to the Turnaround/Shutdown schedule, including extended working hours when required.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
