Full Time Loader Driver Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in STARKEN AAC SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

A. Machinery Operation & Material Handling

• Bulk Loading: Scooping and transferring raw or processed materials into haul trucks, tipper lorries, hoppers, or feed conveyors smoothly without spilling.
• Stockpile Control: Managing stockpiles efficiently to optimize space, prevent cross-contamination of different material types, and ensure material accessibility.
• Production Supply: Keeping the processing machinery consistently fed to eliminate production delays or operational downtime.

B. Equipment Care & Preventative Maintenance

• Pre/Post-Start Inspections: Conducting daily visual and physical checks of the machine (oil levels, coolant, hydraulics, tire integrity, bucket teeth, and braking systems) before and after shifts.
• Routine Servicing: Executing minor maintenance tasks, including regular greasing of joints, cleaning out high-dust filters, clearing debris from the undercarriage, and refuelling.
• Reporting Faults: Documenting and immediately reporting any mechanical defects, unexpected noise, or hydraulic pressures issues to the workshop maintenance team.

C. Safety, Compliance & Housekeeping

• Safe Manoeuvring: Operating the articulated vehicle strictly within the site’s designated traffic management routes, speed limits, and pedestrian exclusion zones.
• Site Housekeeping: Utilizing the bucket to level uneven site tracks, clean up spillage around hoppers, and clear debris out of active work zones.
• PPE & Regulations: Ensuring 100% compliance with personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements and environmental safety policies.

3. Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

• Environment: Exposed to outdoor weather conditions (heat, rain), high dust volumes, vibrating machinery,
• Schedule: Require shift work, weekend rotations, or scheduled overtime based on production targets.
• Physical Demand: Requires prolonged periods of sitting, operating foot pedals, manipulating dual-axis hydraulic levers, and performing physical checks requiring climbing onto the machine chassis

Job Requirements:

• Education: Primary/Secondary school education. Technical school certification in plant mechanics is a distinct advantage.
• Licensing: Valid driver's license with relevant heavy machinery credentials , JPJ Class H
• Experience: Minimum 2 to 3 years of operating medium-to-large articulated wheel loaders in high-volume settings.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of machine load limits, tipping dynamics, basic diesel mechanics, and industrial hazard identification.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
