Job Summary

We are seeking a highly creative and motivated Senior Fashion Designer to lead the design process and oversee the execution of collections from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for trends, and a deep understanding of garment construction and market needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and design seasonal collections aligned with the brand’s vision and target market.
• Research and analyze fashion trends, fabrics, and colors to ensure the designs are innovative and market-relevant.
• Oversee the end-to-end design process, from initial sketches to final production.
• Collaborate with the merchandising, marketing, and production teams to ensure cohesive and marketable collections.
• Manage fittings and provide clear instructions for adjustments to ensure garments meet design and quality standards.
• Source fabrics, trims, and materials while maintaining cost-effectiveness and quality.
• Supervise and mentor junior designers and assistants.
• Create and maintain technical packs for production, including detailed specifications and design guidelines.
• Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to monitor sampling and production timelines.
• Present design concepts and collections to management and key stakeholders for approval.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fashion design, preferably in a leadership role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of designs and technical skills.
• Proficient in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and CAD.
• In-depth knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and production processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate across teams.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A creative mindset with a strong attention to detail and a passion for fashion trends.
