Full Time Production Technician Jobs, in BP Plastics Holding Bhd Johor - Maukerja

Possess a Diploma in Engineering or a related field.

Willing to work on rotating shifts.

Able to work in a hot and noisy environment.

Possess strong communication and leadership skills.

Basic computer skills and knowledge is required.

Operate production machines and support in overseeing daily production activities.

Check and verify production data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Ensure output meets quality standards and specifications.

Ensure achievement of shift production targets and control all production activities.

Ensure the machine is in good working condition and report any abnormalities.

Enforce compliance with QMS, EHS, Best Way Practices, ISCC and 5S activities among all workers.

Coach and brief subordinates based on work orders and any special production requirements.

Perform other duties as assigned.
