SENIOR COOK – LEVEL 3

We are looking for an experienced Senior Cook who can take responsibility for daily kitchen operations and lead the kitchen team during service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead daily kitchen preparation and operations

* Allocate tasks to cooks and kitchen helpers

* Ensure dishes are prepared according to company recipes and SOP

* Maintain food taste, quality and portion consistency

* Manage kitchen during peak periods

* Train and guide junior kitchen staff

* Monitor ingredients and report low stock

* Control food wastage

* Maintain kitchen cleanliness and hygiene

* Report kitchen problems to the manager

* Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and front-of-house

Able to train junior staff

Willing to follow company SOP and recipes

This is not only a cooking position. The Senior Cook is responsible for helping the kitchen run smoothly every day.

A practical paid trial and interview will be conducted before confirmation.

Career path:

Senior Cook → Chef / Kitchen Supervisor → Kitchen Manager

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
