Full Time Architect Supervisor - Clerk of Work Maintenance Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in Gabungan AQRS Berhad Johor - Maukerja

Key responsibilities

• Support and coordinate daily property maintenance operations, prioritizing architectural defects rectification for high-rise building.
• Conduct thorough joint inspections with unit owners/tenants and contractors to identify architectural defects, snagging items, and structural maintenance needs.
• Manage main contractors, sub-contractors, and vendors to ensure defect rectifications and scheduled maintenance are completed to quality standards and within deadlines.
• Act as the point of contact for unit owners regarding defect inquiries, maintenance complaints, and resolution tracking.
• Perform routine audits of facilities, building equipment, and common areas to proactively address potential safety or operational issues.

What we're looking for

• Proven experience of at least 3-5 years in a facilities or property maintenance supervisory role
• Diploma or Degree in Building Management, Facilities Management, Civil/Architectural Engineering, or related fields.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks.
• Sound understanding of both building architectural defects and general M&E building services.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
