Job Description

Requirements

  • Strong sense of responsibility towards work & customers

  • Able to think independently & solve problems

  • Good at listening, observing & understanding customers' needs

  • Patient & able to communicate well

  • Self-motivated and able to take initiative without waiting for instructions

  • Willing to learn, accept feedback & improve

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer enquiries through WhatsApp, online & walk-in

  • Understand customers' needs & budget and recommend suitable vehicles

  • Follow up with customers until the purchase process is completed

  • Explain vehicle details, purchase process & loan matters

  • Manage social media postings, especially Facebook, to generate enquiries

  • Achieve assigned sales targets (KPI)
