JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: LOGISTIC PLANNER CUM OPERATION

1. Job Responsibilities

• Arrange and coordinate machine delivery and collection.
• Arrange lorry, crane and transportation when required.
• Coordinate with drivers.
• Prepare Delivery Orders (DO) and related documents.
• Monitor machine movement, delivery schedules and collection status.
• Coordinate daily operational activities.
• Assist with machine transfers between branches and warehouses.
• Handle daily administrative tasks, filing and documentation.
• Prepare operational reports and perform other duties assigned by management.

2. Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma in any related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in Logistics, Operations, Warehouse or Administration.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to multitask, work independently and under pressure.
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented.

3. Candidate Profile

• Preferably has experience in logistics, transportation or operation coordination.
• Able to arrange delivery, collection, lorry and crane.
• Familiar with warehouse operations and machine movement.
• Proactive, responsible and a fast learner.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience in machinery rental, Scissor Lift or Boom Lift industry is an added advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
