We are Hiring: FTE DSS L3 Engineer

City: Johor Bahru, Malaysia

Support Type: Full-Time Support (FTE)

Scope of Work (SOW):

- Provide L3-level technical support for complex desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.

- Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware, software, Windows OS, and network-related problems.

- Manage and troubleshoot Active Directory, Group Policy, user permissions, and account-related issues.

- Handle advanced application troubleshooting, system configuration, and performance optimization.

- Investigate recurring incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement permanent solutions.

- Support endpoint management, security updates, patching, and system upgrades.

- Manage escalated incidents from L1/L2 teams and ensure resolution within SLA requirements.

- Collaborate with L2/L3 teams and other IT departments to resolve complex technical issues.

• - Maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and incident records.
