Dong Foong Manufacturing is a cGMP · HACCP · ISO 22000 · JAKIM Halal-certified manufacturer of health supplements and functional foods, part of a health group with roots back to 1978. We are growing — a new production unit is being commissioned — and we are hiring the first member of our new management team to lead the factory floor and build the systems that will carry us into our next chapter.

WHAT YOU BRING

* Minimum 5 years in production / operations management in a certified (GMP / HACCP / ISO 22000 / Halal) health supplement, health food or food manufacturing plant

* Hands-on experience leading audits and leading people

* Degree in Food Technology / Science / Engineering or equivalent

* Mandarin proficiency (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking management and China suppliers), plus English & Bahasa Malaysia

* A builder's mindset: structured, calm, decisive — you fix systems, not just symptoms

WHAT YOU WILL OWN

* Day-to-day leadership of Production, QA/QC, Warehouse & Logistics

* Audits & certifications — cGMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, Halal; be the face of the factory to auditors and clients

* Systems & SOPs — working with HR, build the procedures, KPIs and daily disciplines that make the plant run without fire-fighting

* New plant commissioning — machine set-up, layout, process validation for our new production unit

* Lead and develop a team of supervisors and executives; be the go-to person for the factory when the Directors are away
