Requirements

• Pastry, cake, bakery or professional kitchen experience is preferred
• Passionate about pastry, cakes and desserts
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work early morning shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Valid food handler certificate and typhoid vaccination, or willing to obtain
• Eager to learn and continuously improve pastry and baking skills
