Job Requirements

• Bachelor degree or above, major in accounting or finance.

• Over 3 years finance management experience in local sheet metal and machining factory.

• Well versed in Malaysian accounting rules, tax policies and relevant financial regulations.

• Skilled in financial software, capable of cost analysis and risk prevention.

• Fluent in English and Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers, practical working style and strong management ability.

Job Summary

In charge of overall finance operation, accounts settlement, tax affairs, cost control and team management.

Job Responsibilities

•  Conduct full set accounting work, finish monthly and yearly account closing, prepare financial reports.

•  Manage cash flow, arrange funds and supervise payment & collection procedures.

•  Formulate company budget, carry out cost accounting and control for machining production.

•  Complete Malaysia tax filing, cooperate with audit and maintain external financial relations.

•  Check expenses and financial documents, establish and improve internal financial control.

•  Analyze financial data and offer professional suggestions for management decision.

•  Arrange and supervise daily work of finance staff.
