Full Time Senior Technical Trainer (Assembly) Jobs, in Greatech Integration (M) Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent years of related experience

Preferably 5-8 years of working experience in the related filed is required for this position

Review training plans for the department

Review assembly technician skills matrix yearly

Review the skills matrix yearly once the technician completes the training

Conduct training for assembly technicians

Analysis of the training data for any improvement needed

Maintain records of trainee progress and performance

Develop training materials that are current, effective and aligned with quality standards

Administer assessments, tests and practical exams to evaluate trainee's comprehension and skills

Review effectiveness of the training plan and adjust if needed to meet the KPI set

Review any external training that is suitable to the subject for the employee by level

Other duties and assignments as instructed by Superiors from time to time

Comply with all requirements of ISO (inclusive of all standards approved by the Management) and to adhere to general safety practices, standard operating procedures, work instructions, policies and guidelines provided by the company
