Full Time Grocery Department Executive Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Sunshine Wholesale Mart Sdn. Bhd. Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Diploma or equivalent qualification.

2–4 years’ experience in supermarket, hypermarket, grocery or FMCG retail.

Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

Good knowledge of stock control and merchandising.

Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Manage daily Grocery Department operations and ensure smooth workflow.

Monitor sales, gross profit, stock availability and inventory accuracy.

Ensure proper merchandising, product display and promotional execution.

Monitor stock levels, FIFO, expiry, wastage and shrinkage.

Coordinate with suppliers and Procurement for replenishment and delivery.

Supervise, schedule and coach department staff.

Ensure good customer service, cleanliness, food safety and SOP compliance.
