Full Time Insurance Product Expert (Banking-Bancassurance) Jobs, in BGC Group Federal Territory - Maukerja

**Multiple job locations available (KL, Selangor, Johor, Sarawak, Malacca, Perak, Penang)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive bancassurance sales targets within Premier and Premier Elite customer segments.
• Support Relationship Managers in insurance sales and customer acquisition opportunities.
• Conduct customer portfolio reviews and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
• Coach and guide Relationship Managers on insurance products and sales techniques.
• Monitor sales productivity, conversion and revenue performance.
• Organise customer engagement events and provide insurance product presentations.
• Support customers with policy enquiries, claims and after-sales services.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must hold PCE, CEILI and TBE licences.
• Minimum education: SPM holder with 5 credits.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant financial services experience.
• Strong bancassurance / life insurance sales background.
• Banking experience preferred, particularly Premier / Priority / Affluent segments.
• Proven ability to drive insurance sales and achieve revenue targets.
• Experience providing insurance solutions, financial planning advice and portfolio reviews.
• Ability to work closely with Relationship Managers to generate bancassurance sales.
