**Multiple job locations available (KL, Selangor, Johor, Sarawak, Malacca, Perak, Penang)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive bancassurance sales targets within Premier and Premier Elite customer segments.
- Support Relationship Managers in insurance sales and customer acquisition opportunities.
- Conduct customer portfolio reviews and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
- Coach and guide Relationship Managers on insurance products and sales techniques.
- Monitor sales productivity, conversion and revenue performance.
- Organise customer engagement events and provide insurance product presentations.
- Support customers with policy enquiries, claims and after-sales services.
REQUIREMENTS
- Must hold PCE, CEILI and TBE licences.
- Minimum education: SPM holder with 5 credits.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant financial services experience.
- Strong bancassurance / life insurance sales background.
- Banking experience preferred, particularly Premier / Priority / Affluent segments.
- Proven ability to drive insurance sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Experience providing insurance solutions, financial planning advice and portfolio reviews.
- Ability to work closely with Relationship Managers to generate bancassurance sales.
