We are seeking a passionate, proactive and experienced L&D Executive to drive employee development, training excellence and Marriott brand readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and facilitate internal training programmes across all departments.

• Manage HRD Corp (HRDC) training grants, claims, documentation and compliance.

• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and prepare annual training plans.

• Facilitate orientation, onboarding, service excellence and employee development programmes.

• Coordinate Marriott training programmes, including DLZ and brand-related learning initiatives.

• Monitor training attendance, completion rates, effectiveness and training KPIs.

• Maintain accurate training records, reports and training calendars.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Training or Learning & Development, preferably in hospitality.

• Marriott hotel experience is required.

• Good knowledge and practical experience in HRD Corp (HRDC) grant applications, claims and compliance.

• Proven ability to conduct and facilitate training sessions independently.

• Strong presentation, communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with Marriott learning platforms and brand training standards is an advantage.
