Full Time Production Coordinator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,700 in Harvik Rubber Industries Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Minimum STPM / Diploma, OR 2+ years of supervisory experience in manufacturing

Own transportation is required

Hands-on and proactive, able to solve floor-level production issues effectively

Strong in team coordination, leadership and problem-solving

Supervise workers in assigned areas: production, assembly, preparation, machinery or packing

Work directly on the production floor to guide and support workers and troubleshoot issues

Monitor machine operations to keep the workflow smooth and continuous

Enforce quality control standards and make sure products meet the required specifications

Make sure safety protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are followed

Coordinate with maintenance, warehouse and other production sections to support smooth operations

Train and support new employees in their roles and responsibilities

Identify and troubleshoot minor production or machinery issues in real time

Prepare and submit reports to the Production Manager as required

Take part in daily/weekly toolbox meetings and improvement initiatives

Maintain workplace cleanliness and discipline in line with 5S practices
