Contract Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Manpower Staffing Services (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Expertise in Cost Control and Cost Management to ensure financial efficiency

Proficiency in preparing and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and Cost Planning

Ability to conduct accurate Cost Reporting and ensure complete financial transparency

Strong organizational and analytical skills, with a detail-oriented approach

Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services, Civil Engineering or other related field

Proficiency in relevant software and tools

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Prior experience in the interior design and construction industry will be an added advantage

Assist in establishing client requirements and conducting feasibility studies to ensure project viability.

Perform quantity take-offs and detailed cost analysis for tender preparation.

Prepare tender and contract documents, including pricing, costing summaries, and evaluation reports.

Assist in sourcing and selecting construction materials in line with project specifications.

Advise on procurement and contract strategies.

Monitor and control project costs, variations, and budget performance.

Value completed work, prepare payment claims, and issue Certificates of Payment (COP).
