Full Time Facilities Engineer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,800 in SDP Manufacturing Johor - Maukerja

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronic, or Industrial Engineering

Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/industrial environment

Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or automation systems

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Able to read technical drawings, schematics, and manuals

Good leadership skills with the ability to guide a maintenance team

Plan, execute, and monitor preventive and corrective maintenance programs for machinery and equipment

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control system issues to minimize downtime

Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence

Develop and improve maintenance procedures, schedules, and SOPs

Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement of maintenance materials

Supervise and guide maintenance technicians in daily maintenance activities

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards during maintenance work

Coordinate with production team to schedule maintenance with minimal disruption to operations

Liaise with external vendors/contractors for equipment servicing, repairs, or upgrades

Prepare maintenance reports and documentation for management review
