Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing cum Indoor Sales Coordinator to enhance our digital presence and provide effective sales coordination and administrative support to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and enhance the Company’s digital presence across social media and digital marketing platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement

Create, coordinate, and publish digital content to improve online visibility and support marketing campaigns

Update and maintain website content including product information, news, and announcements to ensure accuracy and relevance

Assist in developing marketing materials, product presentations, brochures, and promotional content to support sales efforts

Monitor digital marketing campaign effectiveness and engagement, providing insights for continuous improvement

Ensure consistency of branding and corporate messaging across all digital platforms and marketing materials

Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the sales team to facilitate smooth operations

Respond promptly to customer and sales enquiries and coordinate follow-up actions with relevant sales personnel to maintain customer satisfaction

Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and other sales documentation accurately upon receipt of confirmed orders or instructions

Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and product information to support customer engagement

Coordinate internally with operations, service, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely processing and fulfillment of customer orders

Follow up on sales orders, delivery status, documentation, and other customer requirements to ensure order completion

Maintain proper documentation and filing of sales-related correspondence and records for easy retrieval and compliance

Develop, maintain, and regularly update the sales database, customer records, and sales management system to support sales tracking and reporting

Maintain accurate records of customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and sales activities to provide reliable data for management

Prepare sales reports, summaries, and relevant information to assist management in reviewing sales performance

Perform other sales, marketing, and administrative duties as required to support business operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

Experience in B2B, technical, engineering, marine, electronics, or industrial environments to better understand industry-specific sales and marketing needs

Experience in digital content creation, customer relationship management (CRM), sales databases, or website administration to enhance digital marketing and sales coordination effectiveness
