Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Maintenance, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience is preferred. Fresh graduates with relevant technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.

• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, air-conditioning, and general building maintenance.

• Able to use common maintenance tools safely.

• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.

• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of the company’s facilities and building infrastructure.

• Inspect and maintain electrical systems, lighting, plumbing, air-conditioning, water supply, and other facility-related equipment.

• Carry out preventive maintenance according to the maintenance schedule.

• Troubleshoot and repair facility-related issues to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Coordinate with external contractors for servicing and repair works when required.

• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with company safety, hygiene, and food safety requirements.

• Maintain maintenance records and report any issues to the supervisor.

• Support production and office departments with maintenance requests.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
