To manage people acquisition and employer branding while collaborating with stakeholders and Group HC to meet workforce needs. This includes overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and talent advising to build a strong organizational culture. The role also involves managing Learning & Development (L&D) activities, ensuring compliance in hiring processes, and driving continuous improvement in people management.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to oversee the People Acquisition, Learning & Development & operational activities that includes design, develop, plan and execute.
• To collaborate closely with stakeholders and Group HC to understand the workforce requirement and strategize the action plan to close the gaps which includes but not limited to develop job description, sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring and onboarding employees in a company.
• Act as a talent advisor to install a culture building; driving alignment, active stakeholder engagement and embrace best practice across the hiring process.
• To ensure the people acquisition activities are carried as per appropriate governance and compliance process.
• Responsible for L&D departmental budget preparation and monitoring.
• Drive continuous improvement in all area in People Management’s purview with active engagement with Group HC with aim to further strengthen the people factor in organization.
• Any other People Management initiatives as required by the MSM Group.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in related/ relevant discipline & Minimum 3 year(s) of on-job experience in related discipline.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
