Full Time Procurement Clerk Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,400 in KL Building Materials Johor - Maukerja

Location of Work : Air Bemban Quarry, Kulai

Job Description :

* Receive and verify purchase requisitions from quarry supervisors, maintenance teams, and plant managers.

* Prepare, issue, and transmit accurate purchase orders to approved vendors.

* Request and compare price quotations, delivery timelines, and payment terms from multiple suppliers.

* Communicate with vendors to follow up on back orders, delayed shipments, or quality discrepancies.

* Match vendor invoices with POs and delivery receipts, flagging discrepancies before forwarding them to the accounts department

* Maintain digital and physical filing systems for all purchasing records, contracts, and delivery logs.

* Ad hoc duties from Superior.

Job Requirements :

* Education: SPM/High School Diploma, or a Diploma/Certificate in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Logistics (preferred).

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
