Full Time R - Production Engineer (Assembly) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,200 in OTT CREATION MARKETING Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and support daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
• Monitor production performance and implement improvements to meet quality, productivity, and efficiency targets.
• Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Improve assembly processes, tooling, production methods, and workflow.
• Provide technical support for assembly, equipment setup, testing, and process-related issues.
• Prepare and update process documentation, standard operating procedures, and work instructions.
• Guide and train Production Technicians and Line Leaders on technical procedures and IPC standards.
• Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to resolve manufacturing and quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with 5S practices, HSE requirements, quality standards, and company procedures.
• Carry out other duties and process improvement projects as assigned by the Manager.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or Mechatronic Engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in production or process engineering.
• Candidates must have relevant working experience in the electrical industry.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
