Full Time Automation Technician (Immediate Hiring) Jobs, in MeHow Medical (M) Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in evaluating jigs & fixtures and support new product introduction (NPI), including equipment commissioning, verification, buyoff, and process transfer activities.
• Provide daily production support through machine setup, troubleshooting, debugging, and process parameter optimization to ensure smooth operations.
• Troubleshoot and maintain manufacturing and automation equipment, including ultrasonic welding machines, hot melting machines, motors, drivers, controllers, sensors, robotics, electrical, and system components.
• Analyze machine software and hardware issues, identify product defects, and ensure equipment performance meets specifications.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability, product yield, quality, and manufacturing efficiency.
• Maintain engineering documents, technical checklists, machine verification records, and prepare reports accurately and on time.
• Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills in manufacturing processes and automation equipment.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Engineering – Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• Min 2 years of working experience in related field or Ultrasonic / Hot Melt/Automation experience.
• Familiar with laser engraving machine, ultrasonic machine, jig & fixture design debugging, Tempo or silk screen printing & hot melting machine.
• Technical experiences/knowledge in electrical control like sensor, wiring, I/O (PLC), machine installation and assembly experiences added advantage.
• Understand of 7S Management, QMS & ISO 13485 procedures requirements.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles, automation equipment operation and troubleshooting, and mechanical and electronic control systems.
• Able to support OT & work in shift.
