Full Time Site Supervisor (Construction Specialist) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Terra Group Holdings Johor - Maukerja

Key Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
• Coordinate and monitor site workers, subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site progress, workmanship, productivity, and resource utilisation, and report any delays or issues to the Project Engineer.
• Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with quality requirements, Company procedures, and safety regulations.
• Ensure proper housekeeping, site safety, and compliance with statutory requirements at all times.
• Maintain daily site records, including work progress, manpower attendance, material usage, and site activities.
• Assist in coordinating inspections, testing, project meetings, and communication with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Identify and report technical issues, safety concerns, or site constraints, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.
• Support project completion, defect rectification, and project handover activities.
• Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time to support business and operational requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Certificate in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Architecture, Fireproofing, Waterproofing or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience supervising construction site operations.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketch-up, 3D Studio Max, Adobe Illustrator, etc are preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to multitask and manage competing priorities effectively.
• Possess own transportation and ability to relocate as when needed for short assignment
• Able to work irregular hours and work under pressure.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential.
