Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development – Drive mortgage sales to achieve monthly targets through property agents, developers, existing customers, and internal branch referrals.
- Pipeline Management – Build and maintain a strong pipeline of mortgage leads, applications, approvals, and disbursements.
- External Sourcing – Actively establish relationships with property agents, developers, and real estate agencies to generate new business.
- Customer Engagement – Identify customer needs, recommend suitable mortgage packages, and follow up consistently to improve conversion rates.
- End-to-End Processing – Manage applications from lead generation and documentation through credit approval, acceptance, and disbursement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration – Work closely with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, credit teams, and solicitors to expedite cases.
- Compliance & Risk Management – Ensure all applications meet the bank’s credit policies, documentation requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Performance Monitoring – Track sales performance, conversion rates, pipeline quality, and achievement of monthly targets.
- Monthly mortgage sales and acceptance targets.
- Quality pipeline and successful disbursement.
- New business generated from external agents and developers.
- Lead conversion rate and turnaround time.
- Compliance, credit quality, and customer service.
- Strong experience in mortgage sales and property financing.
- Established network of property agents and developers.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
- Proactive, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Good understanding of mortgage credit assessment and documentation.
