Penerangan Kerja

Kelayakan

  • Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia, English.

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree.

  • Experience in banking, financial services, insurance, telemarketing, or sales.

  • Experience handling inbound or outbound customer enquiries.

  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, or Xiaohongshu.

  • Candidates with at least 1 year of sales or customer service experience are welcome.

  • Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

  • Sales experience is preferred.


Working hour : 

Monday to Friday 10am-7pm 

Lunch hour : 1pm-2pm. 


Working hour : 

Saturday 10am-3pm

Tanggungjawab

  • Respond to online enquiries and follow up with potential customers through social media platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, and Xiaohongshu.

  • Contact customers using company-provided leads.

  • Understand customers' financial needs and recommend suitable financing solutions.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships with new and existing clients.

  • Meet sales targets and provide after-sales support.
