We are a growing plush toy, souvenir and merchandise company serving leading attractions and retailers in Singapore and Malaysia.

We create and develop plush toys, souvenirs, gifts, collectibles and merchandise — turning creative ideas into products that customers want to bring home.

We are looking for a Product Executive to join our product team and work closely with our Head of Design, designers, Purchasing, Sales and Operations teams.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Your Core Responsibilities

• Prepare product proposals, presentations, mood boards and merchandising recommendations
• Review product costing, pricing and profitability
• Plan and recommend product ranges and assortments
• Coordinate new product launches across different departments
• Follow through on samples, revisions, packaging, artwork approvals and development timelines
• Monitor product and sales performance
• Recommend product improvements, extensions and new product opportunities
• Maintain accurate product specifications, costing and development records
• Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions and new business projects

You Will Also Work Closely With the Product Team To

• Coordinate new product development from concept to launch
• Research market trends, customer preferences, competitors and new product ideas
• Work with Purchasing on product requirements, quotations, samples and supplier development
• Coordinate with the Head of Design and design team on plush designs, souvenirs, packaging and artwork

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, Merchandising or related disciplines
• Fresh graduates are welcome
• Interested in plush toys, souvenirs, merchandise and consumer products
• Good organisational and project coordination skills
• Comfortable working with numbers, costing and Excel
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Able to manage multiple products and timelines
• Proactive, organised and willing to learn
• Experience in product development, merchandising or marketing is an advantage
