Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and network issues.

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

Assist in managing IT inventory and asset tracking.

Perform routine system checks and maintenance tasks.

Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems in a timely manner.

Support the IT team with various projects and initiatives.

Document IT procedures and user guides.
