Full Time Logistics Packing Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,700 in Persys Surface Technology Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

To ensure all customer parts are properly inspected, packed, labelled, and prepared for shipment according to customer requirements, company procedures, and delivery schedules. Ensure products are protected from damage during handling, storage, and transportation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive finished parts from production or the designated inspection area for packing.
• Verify part numbers, descriptions, quantities, and customer requirements against delivery orders or packing lists.
• Perform visual checks to ensure parts are clean, free from damage, and in acceptable condition before packing.
• Pack customer parts according to approved packing instructions, specifications, and customer requirements.
• Select suitable packaging materials such as cartons, plastic bags, bubble wrap, foam, pallets, and protective materials.
• Ensure parts are properly arranged and protected to prevent scratches, damage, contamination, or movement during transportation.
• Apply correct product labels, customer labels, shipping labels, and identification tags.
• Ensure packing quantities match the delivery order and packing list.
• Seal, strap, wrap, and secure cartons or pallets properly before shipment.
• Transfer packed goods to the designated shipping or dispatch area.
• Assist with loading and unloading goods from trucks and other vehicles.
• Maintain proper housekeeping and cleanliness in the packing area.
• Monitor packaging material stock and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow company safety procedures and proper handling practices at all times.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor related to packing and shipment activities.

# Working Location : Seberang Jaya

# Working Day : Monday to Saturday , 7am to 3pm

# Able to support for overtime
