Description of Duties / Responsibilities

1. Lead and manage the infrastructure team supporting the RC/VEP Project in Johor.

2. Manage day-to-day infrastructure operations, including network, server, storage, firewall, workstation, and general infrastructure operations.

3. Manage team members working on shift rotation, including task assignment, infrastructure coverage, and handover.

4. Monitor network, server, storage, firewall, workstation, and general infrastructure health and performance; proactively identify operational risks and escalate issues when required.

5. Act as the first-level escalation point for infrastructure incidents and technical issues.

6. Perform first-level troubleshooting and take ownership of assigned incidents and service requests through to resolution.

7. Lead troubleshooting activities and ensure issues are properly followed up until resolution.

8. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, client technical teams, and project management on infrastructure-related activities.

9. Support infrastructure deployment, installation, configuration, testing, commissioning, and site activities.

10. Assist in maintaining infrastructure system availability and operational continuity during shift assignments.

11. Carry out routine maintenance, system health checks, backup verification, and preventive maintenance activities.

12. Maintain technical documentation, incident updates, operational reports, infrastructure inventories, incident records, and shift handover updates.

13. Assist with workstation setup, hardware replacement, user support, and connectivity troubleshooting.

14. Coordinate and collaborate with vendors, contractors, internal teams, and stakeholders to support project and operational activities.

15. Ensure compliance with operational procedures, security policies, and project requirements.

16. Participate in shift rotation, on-call support, and after-hours infrastructure activities when required.

17. Manage and support a technical team working in a shift-based environment.

18. Perform other related infrastructure support and operational duties as assigned.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
