About the role
Manage daily production activities, manpower planning and production targets. Supervise Production Supervisors, Line Leaders and Operators, and ensure production meets quality, efficiency, yield and productivity targets.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily production activities, manpower planning and production targets
- Supervise Production Supervisors, Line Leaders and Operators
- Ensure production meets quality, efficiency, yield and productivity targets
- Monitor production schedules, material requirements and stock status
- Troubleshoot production, quality, downtime and equipment issues
- Conduct training, performance monitoring and disciplinary matters
- Prepare production reports and ensure proper documentation
- Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, FSSC / ISO 22000 and company SOPs
- Lead continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives
About you
- Diploma/Degree in Manufacturing, Food Technology, Engineering or related field
- 1–3 years' experience in food/manufacturing production
- Good leadership, problem-solving and manpower management skills
- Willing to work shifts and hands-on in production operations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Semenyih: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
