Full Time Shipping Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in HB Glass & Aluminium Sdn. Bhd. Johor - Maukerja

• -Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

• -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

• -Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask efficiently.

• -2 year and above of working experience in shipping, logistics, or admin-related roles.

• -Minimum SPM / Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.

Role & Responsibilities

· Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing truck orders to ensure operational efficiency

· Coordinate with drivers for smooth pick-up and delivery arrangements

· Monitor daily routes and transport activities to identify delays, issues, and improvement opportunities

· Support in resolving operational issues, delivery discrepancies, and urgent situations promptly

· Maintain accurate records of truck assignments, deliveries, fuel usage, and related documentation.

· Monitor and support driver performance, attendance, and compliance with operational procedures

· Plan, schedule, and allocate daily work activities for drivers, including overtime where necessary, and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

· Supervise and monitor staff performance (drivers) to ensure accurate picking, packing, and timely delivery of customer order.

· Responsible for receiving and stamping Purchase Orders (PO), matching PO with Delivery Orders (DO), recording details in the DTF (Document Transfer File), and obtaining store acknowledgement signatures when required.

Working hours:
Monday - Friday : 8:30am - 5:00 pm
Alternate Saturday : 8:30am - 12:00 pm
