Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall business operations and ensure the company achieves its business objectives.
• Develop and implement business strategies, operational plans and performance targets.
• Lead and manage department heads to ensure effective coordination across departments.
• Monitor business performance, financial results, budgets and operational costs.
• Identify business growth opportunities and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure efficient utilisation of manpower, equipment and other company resources.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across departments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers and other business partners.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, safety requirements and relevant regulations.
• Report business performance, operational challenges and strategic recommendations to senior management or company directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• Significant experience in senior management, general management or business operations, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning and decision-making skills.
• Good understanding of business financials, budgeting and operational performance.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and people management skills.
• Ability to lead multiple departments and drive business growth.

Pay: RM10,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
