Full Time Demand Supply Planner Jobs, in UST Malaysia Pulau Pinang - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding customer demand and working closely with cross functional teams to develop build plan strategies and manage the execution through the CM/ODM network.

• Forming close partnerships with Operations, Manufacturing partners, Component and Material teams.

• Performing supply-demand analysis and highlight gaps and recovery plans as necessary.

• Working on process improvement projects to make planning more efficient and leaner.
• Conduct thorough analysis of supply chain data to identify trends and patterns in supply and demand.
• Utilize forecasting techniques to predict future supply and demand needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies to meet business objectives.
• Develop and maintain supply chain metrics and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend process improvements and automation to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Communicate supply and demand forecasts to internal stakeholders and provide regular updates on delivery status.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to improve supply chain processes and systems.
