Requirements
Education: Minimum SPM. Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!
Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Excel and a willingness to learn accounting software.
Attributes: Hardworking, responsible, and detail-oriented.
Language: Basic proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
Training: On-the-job training will be provided for those without experience.
Responsibilities
Billing & Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices, debit notes, and credit notes accurately.
Data Entry: Record daily transactions and maintain updated financial records in the system.
Documentation: Organise and file accounting documents (receipts, vouchers, and invoices).
Support: Assist the finance team with basic administrative tasks and month-end reporting.
